Veronica Bradautanu primarily advises on finance deals and consults on insolvency cases. Veronica is currently based in London and represents ACI Partners’ interests in UK. Veronica is qualified to practice law in New York and Moldova. Veronica’s recent experience includes advising on pre-insolvency course of action and insolvency proceedings in Moldova. She has also advised on lending facilities to banks, international airport and manufacture companies, as well as on equity investment in financial institutions and a mobile operator. Her work inter alia included drafting loan and security agreements, share purchase and shareholders’ agreements, legal due diligence and other project documentation.

Veronica also has extensive experience in legal reform in various areas of business law such as: insolvency and restructuring, secured transactions, company law, corporate governance in companies and banks. Her development work extended to many emerging market jurisdictions, including Russia, Romania, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Hungary, Bulgaria and other CIS and Central-Eastern European countries. Veronica worked on legal assessments, draft laws and regulations.
