The training was provided as part of the Commercial Courts Restructure and Retraining Programme implemented by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development with financial assistance from Czech Government. The training team comprising international expertise from Wolf Theiss in Prague, local expertise from ACI Partners, and one trainer-consultant nominated by the National Institute of Justice.
The training was organised in two days session for different groups of judges from all over the country, and allowed participants to address the problematic issues, both from the Moldovan and the European law perspectives. The focus was both, on practice and theory, giving the judges a perfect opportunity to bring up all uncertainties and discuss the most important provisions regarding the practical aspects of the law. The training was interactive and included actual and hypothetical case studies.
