The regulatory framework on competition in Moldova has been recently strengthened through the efforts of the Competition Council. The regulatory acts were adopted in this field starting with 2012 have replaced all the old rules on protection of competition and created new legal institutions in the Moldovan law.
We have already informed you on some of the new competition rules in our Quick Guide to Moldovan Competition Law. We have considered suitable also, to compile consolidated lists of special regulations on Competition and State Aid, which recently become effective.
