The first one is a horizontal integration of brick manufacturing and marketing segments on the Moldovan market, performed by CMC “Macon” SA, which has taken control over “Rifinform” SRL.
The second merger represents a vertical integration by SC “Ducates Grup” SRL taking control over two operators on the Moldovan market of manufacturing and wholesale of meat and meat products namely IM “Farm Meat Sud” SRL and IM “Farm Meat Processing” SRL.
In both cases, Competition Council has not found any major concerns that would impair Moldovan competition environment.
