Law on Financial Institutions was amended to include new disclosure obligations related to the Moldovan banks shareholders and the rules of obtaining prior permission for acquisition of substantial shares in the Moldovan banks. A new Regulation on Food Additives was passed setting the National List of permitted additives, rules of their use in food products and applicable labelling requirements.
