Legal Monitoring Report for the period of 01 February 2024 – 07 March 2024
This Legal Monitoring Report deals with E-Transport Authorization, Quality Requirements for Edible Vegetable Oils, Ratification of the Grant Agreement “Fertilizer Insurance for Farmers”, Reporting by Non Bank Credit Organizations, Recognition of Commodity Exchanges Authorized in the EU, Reduced Employment Age, Conclusion of Fixed-Term Employment Agreements with Refugees, as well as highlights the Night Work, Work on Days Off and Public Holidays for a Special Category of Women Employees, New Type Unpaid of Leave under the Labour Code, Unused Annual Leave Provisions, Increased Penalties for the Use of Undeclared Work, Additional Amended Provisions to the Labor Code, Revision of the Consumer Protection Law, Substantial Amendments to the Water Law, National Waste Management Programme 2023-2027, and Increased Government’s Powers in the Process of Subsidising Farmers.
