Marina is the newest asset to the ACI team. Based on her solid academic formation, Marina provides insightful counselling in such areas as civil and commercial law, as well as litigation proceedings. She has proven also a genuine commitment to various pro bono works. Very shortly she managed to smoothly immerse herself in complex projects tackling incorporation of companies, support of business operations and devoting a special interest for projects related to renewable energy field.
Holding a J.D. in Law pursued at the State University of Moldova, she has been awarded by the Council of Rectors of the Republic of Moldova the prestigious Merit Scholarship for the best students of the country. Moreover, she honed her knowledge of comparative law by experiencing two academic mobilities abroad, namely at Utica College, New York, USA and at the Université de Bordeaux, France.
Participation in conferences, completing internships, active implication and attendance of diverse formation courses proved of tremendous value to her career path. Her industry along with the possessed analytical skills and finesse of approach recommend her as a promising young professional.
