Personal Experience
Doina has a solid academic background in European Law, having specialized in Environment and Competition law. In her studies, Doina has acquired in-depth knowledge regarding the European legal approximation process currently undergoing in Republic of Moldova. Her expertise is therefore focused on the European regulatory framework which Republic of Moldova is striving to implement.
Doina has one-year experience as an in-house counsel, having worked for a local aviation company. During this period, Doina has been involved in international transactions, assisting the company in negotiating and concluding wet-lease, dry-lease, charter and maintenance agreements. Doina has gained as well comprehensive knowledge about the area of insurance, ensuring the conclusion of the necessary insurance agreements covering: hull- all risk, third party legal liability, passenger and baggage insurance.
As an in-house counsel, Doina has been as well involved in litigation, having represented the Company in the competent Courts of law.
Doina became recently a member of ACI Partners, being involved in a wide range of activities, in areas such as: employment, migration corporate and commercial law. She is currently entrusted with counseling international and local clients in different aspects of Moldovan law, offering proper legal advice on employment, corporate, commercial and other issues.
