Personal Experience
Igor is a founding partner of ACI Partners and has more than twenty years of experience, representing local and international companies (such as IFC, EBRD, Air Moldova, Coca Cola). Igor supported complex commercial deals with international private and institutional entities, real estate privatizations, PPPs.
Igor assisted Frontera Corporation with the assessment of the regulatory framework and advising on the proper venue to obtain the right of hydrocarbons exploration and development in Moldova. He has advised on the borrower side in the biggest private funding in Moldova (USD 25 million) extended by Creditsuisse to a major Moldovan petrol trader and port operator. He has also advised IFC in restructuring of debt resulted from secured loans granted to one of the largest industrial companies in Moldova. Igor has served as a lead consultant in connection to drafting of the Host-Investment Agreement, which included settlement of the sovereign debt of the Government of the Republic of Moldova financed by the EBRD.
