New regulation on de minimis aid

Bringing national regulations on state aid in line with the European ones is part of Moldova’s commitments under the Association Agreement with the European Union. In this regard, on November 30, 2020, the new Regulation on de minimis aid, approved by the Competition Council Plenumentered, into force.
