ACI Partners contributes to Seed Forum Pitch Training

Yesterday, 31^st  of March, 2016, Carolina Parcalab, ACI Partners Legal Manager, spoke at Seed Forum Pitch Training held in Chisinau.  At this event Moldovan startups have been trained to be ready when they are pitching for foreign investors.

In the legal lecture part, Carolina gave a presentation “Documentation in Negotiation and Due Diligence – Legal Tips”. The presentation covered top legal issues important for the trained startups, namely:

(1) Main legal documentations in negotiation process?

(2) Do we need a Term Sheet with the potential investor?

(3) Due Diligence process and why it is important?

(4) What are the main and ancillary contracts that may be concluded with the investor after Due Diligence?
