Carolina has over twenty years of experience representing international companies in acquisitions, equity investments, corporate restructuring, and real estate transactions in Moldova.

She is a renowned specialist in Competition Law and a trainer for lawyers and businesses on competition-related legal matters. Her expertise includes advising and representing business entities in competition law cases, including representation during anticompetitive investigations, obtaining competition clearance for economic concentrations, and handling competition law litigation.

Her work involves managing teams of lawyers and economists in complex legal assignments related to M&A, equity investments, and corporate restructuring in Moldova. She also provides daily legal counsel to foreign investors, multinational corporations, and international organizations on various aspects of Moldovan business law. Additionally, she advises and assists international private and institutional entities in acquiring significant shareholdings in Moldovan companies and counsels foreign investors and multinational groups on tax matters in Moldova.
