Personal Experience
Cristina Martin is a founding partner of ACI Partners and has more than twenty-five years of experience in legal advisory services in the Republic of Moldova to international and national market leaders. She is specialized in creating businesses and non-profit and assisting in operating their business in Moldova. She is involved in significant foreign investment projects and corporate acquisitions, advising clients in commercial contracts.
She is also actively involved in legal reforming practices of the Moldovan Government. In particular, she participated in drafting of laws and regulations within the Moldovan regulatory reform, with a special contribution to mortgage and leasing operations reforms in Moldova. She is an active contributor to World Bank, IFC, EBRD research related to the Moldovan regulatory, doing business and judiciary reforms.
