OFFICE MANAGER
🗂️ Responsibilities:
- Taking incoming calls/inquiries and administrating the company’s general contact mailbox
- Managing all incoming and outgoing correspondence and shipments (mail, couriers, other deliveries)
- Managing the company documentation archives
- Liaising with all office vendors and monitoring and ordering office supplies
- Day-to-day office administration and maintenance
- Preparing and editing documents as needed
- Providing support to colleagues (e.g., appointment scheduling, xerox/scanning, emails)
- Supporting company management in daily activities and organizing local events for employees
- Assisting in the onboarding process for new hires
🔍 What we are looking for:

✅ Proven experience as an Office Manager, Front Office Manager, or Administrative Assistant
✅ Knowledge of Office Administrator responsibilities, systems, and procedures

✅ Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize work

SENIOR LAWYER
for Corporate / M&A Department
Key competences required for the position include:
- University degree in law. LLM degree would be a significant advantage;
- Minimum of 6 yrs blended legal experience gained within a large corporate organization or a law firm;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to enable you to motivate your team and effectively deal with your senior partners;
- A true advisor to clients, proactive and understanding a client comes first principle;
- Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written (the ability to negotiate and draft legal documentation at the highest level).
