New rules on administrative and criminal liability for employment discrimination were adopted. On 8 February 2013 the law ratifying the EU – Moldova Agreement on protection of geographical indications of agricultural products and foodstuffs entered into force. The Competition Council adopted the Regulation which describes the organization, functioning of the Competition Council and the procedure of examination of complaints regarding anticompetitive practices.
