Starting from 18 July 2013 merchants will be subject to considerable fines for the violation of the rules on trade with goods in Moldova. The residents of Free Economic Zones can export wastes for destruction or disposal without a customs declaration. New rules on taxing gains from promotional campaigns will be effective from 4 February 2013.
