Tax legislation was amended referring to exemptions for the “Compact” Agreement, increase of excise duty on cigarettes, supplementing the rules on VAT Crediting and amending the requirements on fiscal invoices electronic registration. Furthermore, the National Bank of Moldova approved regulations on issuers of electronic money.
