We have an open Office Manager position. Check the information below to learn more about this opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Taking all incoming calls/inquiries and administrating company’s general contact mailbox
- Managing all incoming and outgoing correspondence and shipments (mail, couriers, other deliveries)
- Managing company documentation repository and archives
- Monitoring and ordering all office supplies
- Liaising with the landlord with regard to day-to-day office administration and maintenance
- Liaise with all office vendors
- Taking care of tidiness and order in the office
- Administrating and taking care of all office equipment, appliances, furniture etc.
- Preparing and editing documents in requested situations
- Providing support to company employees (e.g. appointment scheduling, xerox/scanning, emails, etc.)
- Supporting company Management in daily activities and in the organization of local events and actions addressed to company employees
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires
Candidate requirements:
- Responsible person, dynamic, punctual, communicable
- Fluent in Romanian, Russian and English
- Proven experience as an Office Manager, Front Office
- Manager or Administrative Assistant
- Knowledge of Office Administrator responsibilities, systems, and procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
- Hands on experience with office machines (e.g. scanner machines and printers)
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
- Creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
- Experience in HR activities would be an advantage
