State Aid Regulations Updated

ACI Partners has recently published two lists of Special Regulations referring to State Aid and Competition. Our Competition law experts watch closely further developments in this area and monitor the efforts of the Government to bring the Moldovan legal framework on competition and state aid in line with the European law. Thus, we have updated the list of Special Regulations referring to State Aid with new normative acts adopted in November of this year.
