Personal Experience
Andrei Caciurenco is a founding partner of ACI Partners and is in charge of the Quality Control Division within ACI. Andrei has ten years of experience representing international and local investors in a number of complex and challenging engagements. Andrei has been de facto managing a legal department within a Big Four company and easily coordinates multidisciplinary teams of tax, legal and financial advisors.
Andrei advises in projects related to foreign investments, public-private partnerships, cross-border deal structuring and will assist your international business transactions with particular focus on Moldovan law implications. He has consulted a private investor on Host Investment Agreement on International Maritime Port of Giurgiulesti (2005). Private investors and local partners benefit of his vast experience in corporate reorganisations and share acquisitions.
Andrei has been praised for helping out businesses in complex deals when good structure and analysis are required, for well thought and successful trademark defense tactics, and exiting leonine contracts.
Andrei has an outstanding record of legal reform activity including legislative drafting, law promotion and secondary commercial legislation review and assessment. He has been a member of the Working Group of the Government for elaboration of the E-Commerce Law and authored Leasing Law and Mortgage Law in Moldova. He is an expert in secured transactions and offers training on mortgage lending.
