Personal Experience

Daniel was one of the founders of the renown Moldovan Law Firm “Avornic si Partenerii” and has now joined forces with ACI Partners to strengthen and lead our Litigation Department. Daniel is highly regarded in Civil, Criminal and Administrative Litigations and is a well-known attorney and professor of law in Moldovan legal community. He counts a number of major Moldovan and international investors as his devoted clients.

Daniel is the official representative of Microsoft Corporation and a number of other international companies preoccupied with fighting Piracy and other Copyright Infringements in Moldova. Daniel is highly experienced in Intellectual Property Litigation.

Daniel is a Professor of Law at State University of Moldova, Law Department, reading Criminal Law and Execution Law courses. Daniel has authored 22 scientific research publications. Daniel was an expert of the Institute of Penal Reforms in the Working Group elaborating the new Execution Code of the Republic of Moldova.
