Personal Experience

Domnica specializes primarily in Competition, Life Sciences, Environmental and Energy law.

Domnica has graduated from the West University of Timișoara, Romania in July 2021. Prior to joining ACI Partners, Domnica managed to obtain valuable experience with some of the key institutions of the Republic of Moldova, including the Presidency of the Republic of Moldova, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration, as well as with reputable Romanian and domestic law firms.

Within ACI Partners, Domnica is fully involved in the day-to-day work of the entire legal team. She is contributing to ongoing cases, through legal research, drafting conclusions on matters within her areas of specialization as well as in preparing written submissions for national courts.
