Marina has more than five years of experience, acting for both local and foreign clients in corporate and commercial matters. Marina is one of the best experts in Moldova on Data Protection in light of the newly developed legislation on transfer and protection of personal data. Marina is also an expert on tax matters and litigation in Moldova.

Marina advises foreign and national clients on all aspects of Moldovan business and licensing law. In particular, she represents foreign investors in front of Moldovan authorities, when setting up, developing and closing their business in Moldova. Marina acted also as in-house counsel, being entrusted with contractual and transactional work for major deals.
