ACI Partners contributed the analysis of Moldovan arbitration legislation in “Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Arbitral Awards in Russia and Former USSR States” book

ACI Partners is pleased to present you a recent publication of Wolters Kluwer “Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Arbitral Awards in Russia and Former USSR States” (edited by Roman Zycov), in which our Partner, Cristina Martin, PhD authored a chapter on the Republic of Moldova.

Today application of the New York Convention on the Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Arbitral Awards in Russia and other 14 sovereign states that emerged from the dissolution of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics (USSR) in 1991, is frequently in the focus of international law firms and global arbitral institutions. This book will be helpful for them, as well as  for in-house counsels, arbitrators, judges, researchers, academics and other legal professionals focused on international arbitration.
