PRIA e-Commerce Conference 2026

On 6 November 2025, ACI Partners had the pleasure of participating in the PRIA e-Commerce Conference at Digital Park – the leading event dedicated to electronic commerce in the Republic of Moldova.

The conference brought together leaders from e-commerce, fintech, legal services, logistics, and digital marketing, creating a dynamic platform for dialogue and innovative digital solutions. Our colleague, Domnica Bejan, delivered an insightful session on Digital Contracts – Legal Recommendations for E-Commerce, highlighting the consumer as a strategic asset and outlining how companies can protect their operations by fully respecting legal rights.

Attendees gained practical tips on drafting, managing, and enforcing digital contracts, as well as best practices to stay compliant while leveraging technology to optimize operations.
